Step onto the mat and begin your yoga journey in a welcoming, supportive environment, guided by Emma and Richard. Our eight-week Beginner Course is designed for those new to yoga, providing a relaxed and encouraging space where you can progress at your own pace. With experienced instructors by your side, you’ll master foundational postures, follow easy-to-understand sequences, and discover breathing techniques that bring calm and clarity to your day.
Each week, you’ll build on your progress, gaining strength, flexibility, and confidence—both on and off the mat. We’ll also introduce practical mobility exercises you can use in everyday life, helping you feel stronger, more balanced, and at ease in your body. No experience is needed—just bring your curiosity and a willingness to try something new. Every session brings fresh insights and gentle challenges, ensuring your yoga experience is positive, empowering, and fun.

Start and End Dates – 5th March 2026 - 23th April 2026, plus a catch up class on 30th April if you missed one.

Places are strictly limited to 10 people, so that you have more opportunity to learn at your own pace. A smaller group means more individual attention, so that you’ll feel comfortable and at home rather than lost in a crowd, and make more progress.
Spring Yoga Movement & Mindfulness

Collaborating with the beautiful Morgan of ‘Wildher Folk’ join us for a two and a half hour workshop at Berry Farm celebrating the awakening of the Spring Equinox with Movement and Mindfulness.
The Spring Celebration is open to all and suitable for beginners, with practices focused on mindful movement, breath, and quiet reflection. This is a space to step away from everyday busyness and reconnect with yourself in a calm, supportive environment.
This morning retreat is an invitation to nourish your body and mind through intentional self-care.
