Hi, I'm Emma, and I've spent the past two years bringing my dream to life here in the stunning Cotswolds, England. Surrounded by the serene beauty of the Water Park's rivers and lakes, I created Wild Water Locs & Yoga—a place where creativity meets tranquillity.

Reconnect with Yourself Through Yoga

I have practiced yoga for the last 15 years and have completed my 200hrs TT at Orange Yoga Studio in Cheltenham. Im currently doing the Advanced Yoga Teacher Training and really enjoying exploring even more subjects within yoga.

Practicing yoga through my 20s was a fun addition to my exercise routine along with having horses and gym sessions. Now, being in my 30s and having 2 young children plus some chronic health conditions I find the benefits in the calm, the introspection as well as still the playful nature when it feels good.

The health challenges I have faced have resulted in periods of time where I was frustrated at my body and it's limitations. Now, I truly see the amazing things that our bodies can endure and do for us, and also appreciate that this doesn't look the same day to day; sometimes giving ourselves space to pause and breath is what is needed.

This plus the desire to introduce fun and playfulness back to our adult life is what I aim to bring to my yoga sessions! I offer in-person yoga sessions designed to offer space to pause and notice yourself and the world around you, with a subtle appreciation for the wonders of nature too.

Whether you're seeking moments of calm, some gentle intentional flows, or a more energised way to get your body moving and learn more about yoga, I aim to help you carve out space for yourself and bring a little extra sunshine in your day.

Unleashing Creativity with Locs

Beyond yoga, I channel my artistic flair into crafting beautiful, bespoke dreadlock extensions. Using high-quality human hair for soft, flowing crocheted locs or vibrant natural wool for a pop of colour, I create designs that suit your unique style.

From temporary braid-in creations to permanent extensions, or even dreadlock hairbands and playful hair wraps, there’s something for everyone who wants to add a touch of individuality.
